Cottage Street DER wins Best Remodel of the Year from Fine Homebuilding Magazine

When Fine Homebuilding accepted our Cottage Street Residence into their Kitchens & Baths edition, we were thrilled. Then editor Chuck Miller arrived to shoot photos, and he was even more intrigued by the story of the whole house.

The magazine asked our permission to “kick us upstairs” and promote the residential Deep Energy Retrofit project to a larger spread in their annual Houses edition, and of course we said yes. Their announcement that we’d be featured as Best Remodel came as a further surprise, but we’re certainly grateful!
