College Farm Pavilion
The Book & Plow Farm at Amherst College needed a covered outdoor pavilion for their farm and educational programs. Nestled into an existing hillside, the timber frame structure frames a view of the Pelham Hills.
The design program is to provide space for up to 30 people seated, a serving counter and furniture storage area. The site is on a hillside, and fill from site work on another project was utilized to reduce cost of both projects.
